Votel fulfillment questions agency owners actually ask.
Will my client know this is white-labeled?
No. All delivery happens under your agency's brand: your domain, your logo, your login screens, your pricing. We're the backend; your client relationship stays entirely yours.
Are you officially affiliated with Votel?
No. We're an independent firm that specializes exclusively in Votel. We're not a Votel partner, reseller, or official representative, and nothing on this site should be read as an endorsement by Votel. Specializing in one platform is the point: it's how we know it better than a generalist shop.
What if Votel changes or adds features?
Keeping up with the platform is part of the job. Because we work exclusively in Votel, changes to the platform get absorbed into how we build and configure accounts, so you shouldn't need to track platform updates yourself.
Can you handle requests that aren't on your services list?
Often, yes. The service lines on this site are the most common asks, not a hard boundary. Bring it to the scoping call and we'll tell you straight away whether it's in scope and what it takes.
Do you offer contracts or SLAs?
Scope, turnaround, and terms are set per engagement during the proposal stage, since the work ranges from one-time whitelabel setup to ongoing account management. We'll put whatever we agree to in writing before work starts.
How does pricing work?
We scope and quote per engagement rather than publishing flat packages. The right price depends on sub-account count, which services you need, and whether the work is one-time or ongoing. See the Pricing page for how that process works.
We're still evaluating Votel, not committed yet. Can you help?
Yes. A lot of the agencies we talk to are comparing Votel against GHL or another platform. We'll walk you through exactly what building on Votel looks like for your model (sub-account structure, white-label setup, migration path) before you commit.
Still have questions?
Ask us directly. A scoping call is the fastest way to get a specific answer.
